Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of financial restructuring. Experience with restructuring and bankruptcy matters on the creditor side as well as some experience with distressed finance on the lending side. NY bar required. Firm has more than 1,200 lawyers in 18 offices across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. The firm serves a client base including the leading global financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies and possesses deep capabilities in capital markets, finance and restructuring, intellectual property, international arbitration and dispute resolution, investment management, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, product liability, project finance, real estate, securities litigation and tax advisory services.
