Notes: Firm is seeking a senior associate or counsel with 6-7 years of investment management experience, including expertise in hedge fund and/or private equity fund formation and structuring. Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and regulatory/compliance experience is preferred. This NJ firm has over 275 attorneys that represent public and private companies, financial institutions, investors, entrepreneurs, universities, and private clients in corporate and litigation matters. Has a solid presence in NYC as well.
