Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering. USPTO and DC bar required. This highly respected IP boutique is one of the largest in the world with over 300 attorneys in five US offices and three overseas. Firm has expertise in virtually every technology and product category ranging from consumer goods, electronics, medical devices, and manufacturing to pharmaceuticals and nanotechnology. Their practice includes all aspects of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law, including counseling, prosecution, licensing, and litigation. The firm also represents clients on IP issues related to international trade, portfolio management, Internet, e-commerce, government contracts, antitrust, and unfair competition.
