Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience handling substantive matters in all aspects of the formation and operation of private equity, private credit, real estate, and similar private funds. Experience drafting fund-related documentation, including partnership and operating agreements, PPMs, and subscription documents required. This domestic firm has three US offices and alliances around the world with almost 200 attorneys and a growing IP practice in their DC and NYC offices.
