Description: Construction Litigation/Partner

Position: Partner

Notes: Firm is seeking a construction litigation partner with 8-10 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. Experience in handling breach of contract, delay and acceleration, design and construction defect, performance and payment bond, and other high-value claims for contractors, construction managers, and others in connection with large-scale private and public construction projects is highly preferred.
