Position: Counsel

Notes: Firm is seeking a counsel or partner with 5-7 years of experience providing advice to businesses on all aspects of health and welfare plans, including wrap plans, cafeteria plans and flexible benefits arrangements; Affordable Care Act, COBRA, HIPAA, Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, TiC and CAA 21 compliance; drafting and negotiating service provider agreements; and resolving issues relating to administration of health and welfare plans. This firm has approximately 400 lawyers in eight offices including one in Europe. Firm caters to a full spectrum of clients ranging from major public and private corporations to financial institutions, governments, nonprofit organizations, venture capitalists and individual entrepreneurs.
