Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of experience in project finance and development, limited recourse and structured financings in the energy and infrastructure sector. Will consider leveraged finance or other type of finance experience. Firm has more than 1,200 lawyers in 18 offices across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. The firm serves a client base including the leading global financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies and possesses deep capabilities in capital markets, finance and restructuring, intellectual property, international arbitration and dispute resolution, investment management, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, product liability, project finance, real estate, securities litigation and tax advisory services.
