Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 5-8 years of licensing licensing / collaboration and commercial partnering transactions experience for its growing life sciences technology transactions practice. Must have experience representing biotechs and big pharmas as they license patents and collaborate to advance novel therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostic and digital health technologies through clinical trials and toward regulatory (FDA) approval. SV firm with over 250 attorneys provides legal services to technology and life sciences clients of national and international prominence. The firm handles complex, innovative technology transactions for some of the most prominent technology, entertainment and life sciences companies in the United States. Firm's licensing group also works closely with corporate group, which is consistently ranked as one of the top IPO and M&A practices in the United States.
