Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in labor and employment related matters, including litigation in state and federal court, before state and federal administrative agencies, and in labor arbitration. Experience with employment matters, such as those involving allegations of discrimination, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations is preferred. As the result of a recent merger, this firm now has over 400 lawyers in nine offices from Boston to Washington, D.C. The firm represents businesses, financial institutions, government entities, and individuals in a wide array of practice areas.
