Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of tech or data transactional experience that includes managing/leading data licensing, protection and distribution agreements; drafting/negotiating SAAS and cloud computing agreements; and transactional documents, including merger, software/tech licensing, stock/asset purchase, and operating agreements. Experience in due diligence and general corporate matters, securities related transactions (including private placements, venture capital, private equity and investment funds) and corporate matters relating to data and technology ventures and joint ventures is required. NJ and NY bar required.
