Firm is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of health care regulatory, reimbursement and/or fraud & abuse. Policy, advocacy, and compliance experience with (1) CMS coding, coverage, and payment, and / or (2) healthcare fraud and abuse (eg, anti-kickback / Stark), is required. Experience with reimbursement matters involving commercial payors is preferred. Prior involvement in health system and growth and / or private equity health care and life sciences transactions is strongly preferred.
