Notes: Firm is seeking a senior associate with 5-7 years of transactional experience, including managing/leading M&A transactions; and drafting/negotiating transactional documents, including merger, stock/asset purchase, operating, partnership and shareholder agreements.Experience in general corporate matters, securities related transactions (including private placements, venture capital, private equity and investment funds) and corporate matters relating to real estate development and joint ventures will also be considered. NY and NJ bar required.
