Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of management-side labor and employment experience. Must have a strong interest in accessibility and disability accommodation laws/regulations (e.g., Titles I, II, and III of the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and equivalent state/local laws) and knowledge of public accommodation accessibility issues (for both brick and mortar and digital entities), including specific experience with litigations, regulatory (DOJ) investigations, advocacy group interactions, and work involving compliance counseling, policies, and training is also required.
