Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience advising private fund sponsors or limited partners in connection with private fund formation, operational matters, and regulatory matters. Experience preparing and reviewing fund marketing materials, negotiating fund partnership agreements and side letters, as well as the applicable rules and regulations arising under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940, is required.
