Notes: Firm is seeking an associate for its Capital Markets group with 4-6 years of experience representing lenders in connection with the negotiation of deposit account control agreements and other bank products. Position will involve assisting real estate clients and/or lenders in the acquisition, development and construction financing with residential and commercial projects, including multifamily, retail and mixed-use developments. experience in the review of leases, title, survey, entity and other due diligence matters is preferred. NC bar required (or must be willing to become licensed to practice law in NC).
