Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a related field. Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: Internet technologies, artificial intelligence, software, communications systems and networks, wireless systems, optical systems, and other technologies. This national law firm's practice areas encompass the full range of corporate legal services, including corporate governance and compliance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property and IP litigation, and tax. Firm has over 1000 attorneys in eleven offices in the US and abroad.
