Firm is seeking an associate with 4-8 years of tax law experience to work with a domestic and international tax practice with federal and state elements. Work will primarily be focused on business and investment structuring and transactional matters, but also may involve assisting in tax controversies, including federal and state tax litigation, and in representation of tax-exempt entities.
