Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of experience in US and foreign trademark clearance and counseling, prosecution, and enforcement work. Must be well versed in TTAB proceedings and have some copyright prosecution experience. This mid-sized New York law firm has over 100 attorneys in their office on Park Avenue and their office in Los Angeles. In existence over 40 years, the firm has 12 different practice groups handling over 75 practice areas.
