Description: Patent Prosecution/Biotech

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 1-4 years of biotechnology related patent prosecution experience. A degree in genetics, immunology, cell biology, proteomics, virology, bacteriology, molecular biology or a related field is required. Founded over 50 years ago, this firm has litigation, counseling, licensing, and prosecution in patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, maskworks and related areas including antitrust, unfair competition, etc. The firm represents U.S. and foreign clients before the federal and state courts nationwide, as well as in the federal agencies having jurisdiction over matters that concern issues of international trade and intellectual property acquisition and protection. The firm has a diverse client base, encompassing a broad spectrum of multinational corporations, high technology growth companies and start-up ventures, provides a wealth of litigation, licensing and client counseling.
