Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, or similar discipline. This position is available in Philadelphia office or as a totally remote position. Strong industry experience in telecommunications is required. IP boutique provides guidance on matters relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, e-commerce, technology joint ventures, non-disclosure agreements, technology acquisitions, licensing and litigation.
