Description: Patent Prosecution/EE/CS

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience. Some experience with litigation support, licensing, post-grant, and opinion work is preferred. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, computer science or equivalent required. In addition, the firm represents private equity, venture capital and investment banking firms, financial institutions, nonprofit associations, quasi-governmental organizations, and foreign governments.
