Firm with over 125 attorneys and two US offices who represent growth-oriented businesses, privately and publicly held companies, institutions and individuals primarily located in the northeast. Their clients are in various industries from traditional New England manufacturing and service businesses, high-tech and bio-tech companies, and emerging companies to entrepreneurs, Canadian and China-based companies.
