Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience working on transactional matters in the health care industry. Familiarity with federal and state laws regulating health care providers, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, state corporate practice of medicine restrictions, CON and licensure requirements is preferred. This firm has nearly 500 attorneys in seven US locations and one abroad. Clients include entrepreneurs, research scientists, investors, underwriters, directors and officers in start-ups and emerging growth companies, privately held and family businesses, F 500 companies, medical and academic institutions, public agencies and industry associations. Firm's practices focus on Life Sciences, Communications, Information Technology, Retail and Consumer Products, Healthcare and Financial Services.
