Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of IP tech transactions experience. Experience advising clients on the intellectual property, data and technology aspects of a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and licensing agreements is preferred. Experience also can include structuring and drafting technology and software license agreements, telecommunication agreements, cloud agreements, supply chain agreements, outsourcing agreements, and other agreements involving data, intellectual property, and technology. With over 70 offices and over 3500 attorneys, this firm qualifies as one of the largest in the world.
