Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in a wide array of employment law services, including employment litigation and administrative matters, counseling clients on day to day employment law issues; drafting and reviewing employment-related agreements and policies; enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants; analysis and advice regarding wage/hour issues; labor arbitrations and matters before the NLRB, and employment issues that arise in the firm?s corporate transactional practice. This GP firm, now over 60 years old, consists of more than 200 attorneys in four offices including one in Paris and represents clients in technology, energy & renewables, life sciences & healthcare, investment management. The firm provides advice in business, disputes and intellectual property.
