Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience, and is interested in focusing on these matters in the context of M&A deals (particularly private equity), as well as in executive compensation, particularly public-company advisory work, more generally. This global law firm has more than 1800 lawyers in 16 offices serving clients across the entire spectrum of law, from complex cross-border transactions to bet the company litigation. The firm provides a broad range of legal services in the key corporate and financial centers of the world representing a range of clients that includes multinational and domestic corporations, government authorities, banks and financial institutions. The firm has a major capital markets practice and a broad transactional practice. The firm has extensive litigation experience in regulatory, trial and appellate matters.
