Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of trade (EAR, ITAR, and/or sanctions) and government investigations experience. Experience preferred in export controls and economic sanctions, specifically, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S. anti-boycott laws and regulations, and the various sanctions regimes administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), as well as some experience with rules and regulations governing imports. Experience with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) is also preferred.
