Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in structured finance and other receivables transctions. The position will entail representing institutional investors, servicers, originators and other financial institutions in the structuring and negotiation of receivables acquisitions, sales, financings and securitizations.

This NJ firm has over 275 attorneys that represent public and private companies, financial institutions, investors, entrepreneurs, universities, and private clients in corporate and litigation matters. Has a solid presence in NYC as well.
