Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in all aspects of estate, gift and income tax planning for lifetime and postmortem transfers. Experience in estate administration, advising professional fiduciaries, preparing financial projections, and advising business entities on trust and estate related issues in connection with transactions and governance is preferred.
