Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of various real estate asset classes, including, office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality and leisure properties. Experience with hotel management agreements and hotel franchise agreements is preferred.
