Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of leveraged finance experience. Experience with acquisition financings and commitment letters, whether representing lenders, private equity sponsors or corporate borrowers is preferred.

This New York-based firm has worked on many of the most significant business and legal developments of the past 150 years from landmark court cases to the formation of major corporations and financial institutions to the development of innovative and important financial instruments. Firm handles domestic and international transactions as part of an integrated team from the U.S. and overseas offices. Over 600 attorneys in three US offices and seven overseas.
