Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of tax experience representing clients on a broad range or matters and transactions, including forming and advising partnerships, LLCs and other joint ventures; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; real estate, real estate fund formation and real estate investment trusts. LLM preferred.
