Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of extensive REIT-focused experience including joint ventures and co-investments, complex acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, debt and equity and real estate finance experience.

Leading national law firm with five US offices and two overseas. With over 800 attorneys, this 100 + year old firm represents a broad spectrum of industries in corporate law and litigation matters. The firm counsels labor and employment issues, tax and benefits, creditors' rights, and private client services. Clients range from large to small companies and include financial institutions, government agencies, hospitals and health care organizations, colleges and universities, and families and individuals.
