Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience representing corporate issuers and major investment banks in all aspects of equity capital markets financings, advising clients on compliance and corporate governance issues and strategic mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Leading national law firm with five US offices and two overseas. With over 800 attorneys, this 100 + year old firm represents a broad spectrum of industries in corporate law and litigation matters. The firm counsels labor and employment issues, tax and benefits, creditors' rights, and private client services. Clients range from large to small companies and include financial institutions, government agencies, hospitals and health care organizations, colleges and universities, and families and individuals.
