Description: Patent Prosecution/Chemistry/Biology/Phd

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in chemistry or biological sciences. A PhD in organic or medicinal chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology or in arelated discipline is preferred. Prior patent prosecution, post-grant proceedings or litigation experience with small molecule drugs and/or biologics is also preferred.
