Description: Trademark Prosecution

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in trademark matters, including domestic and international clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, as well as experience in managing a global trademark portfolio.The position will also involve drafting pleadings for the TTAB and Federal Court. Previous experience preparing and responding to cease and desist letters and handling other enforcement matters is preferred.

More than 75 year old firm that has protected and expanded the intellectual property rights devoted exclusively to IP law.

Firm draws from industry, academic, and post-doctoral experience in biotechnology, electrical engineering, chemical technologies, computer science, mechanical engineering, and medicine. Firm's clients range from start-ups, to Fortune 500s, to institutions and hospitals, to venture capitalists.
