Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to focus on employee benefits and executive compensation plans. Experience in qualified plans, M&A transactional work, designing and implementing equity incentive plans, tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare arrangements for both private and public companies is required.
