Notes: In spite of the conditions around us, one of our valued international AmLaw Top 100 clients has specifically asked us to assist them in locating an attorney with the following qualifications to work in their Boston office. This position will obviously begin virtually with the new attorney coming on board remotely. The firm is fully capable of seeing the interview process all the way through hire and start date and has already successfully done so. Details as follows:

The firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience and a PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry or equivalent life sciences degree. USPTO required. Along with typical work-flow, duties will entail pharmaceutical and agribusiness start up needs. Heavy emphasis on writing. This position is a direct result of a void created by the need to replace an Associate who moved in-house to a client who is now referring additional business to the firm. A connection to the Boston area is most likely required.
