Description: Corporate/M&A/Private Equity

Position: Senior Associate

Notes: Burgeoning corporate group has more work that they can possibly handle and would like to bring in a solid mid-senior level (4-6 years) Associate who can come in running. Work is M&A/Private Equity side and compensation will meet NYC levels. Yearly billing expectations 1800-2000 hours. Must be able to run deals to closing.

Preference is experience groomed at aTop 100 law firm with education from a Top 50 law school. . Possible signing bonus.

One of the Southeast's fastest growing full-service law firms with almost 300 attorneys in three offices. Firm works with blue-chip clients including large national banks, international manufacturers, healthcare and technology companies, retailers including a dozen Fortune 500 companies. Partner track is 8 years at the firm.
