Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of significant IP transactional experience. Experience drafting a variety of intellectual property agreements, including trademark licenses, trademark transfer agreements and copyright agreements. Experience handling IP due diligence, and familiarity with U.S. and international trademark law is required.
