Description: Patent Prosecution/Chemical Engineering

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in prosecuting chemical patent applications. A degree in chemical engineering is required.

This IP boutique has represented national and international clients in intellectual property law worldwide for over 25 years. The firm has three offices supported by a staff of patent agents, scientific advisors, paralegals and administrative personnel. The firm handles patent, trademark and copyright issues for their clients, as well as litigation and licensing, and counseling.

Firm works with electronics, bioengineering, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, material science, chemical, manufacturing, e-commerce and software companieswhich range from start-up to multi-billion dollar corporations, both domestic and international, from private individuals to well-known institutions and universities.
