Firm is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of experience in trade remedy investigations under U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty and safeguard laws, litigation experience before the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Court of International Trade. In addition, the candidate should have experience in customs issues, including entry, classification and valuation, as well as export controls administered by the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
