Description: Privacy/e-commerce/Transactions - Counsel

Position: Counsel

Notes: Firm is seeking to bring in a Counsel or Partner level candidate that can advise clients on issues regarding compliance with laws and regulations in the privacy and data security fields as well as privacy aspects of acquisition transactions, joint ventures and engagements of third-party vendors. Position can function out of either DC or Phila.

In-depth knowledge of EU privacy law and expertise working with US-based companies assisting clients in preparing for compliance with the EU GDPR would be preferred.

While a portable book is expected ($500K), the firm will fill approximately half of your time with major clients in hospitality, resorts, financial services, life sciences and more.
