Notes: This is an unpublished position with a favored firm client that is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of pharma patent litigation experience along with a degree in a life sciences/biotech related field. The work will be primarily litigation including IPR's, FTO's. NY bar may not be a necessity. Advanced degrees preferred.
