Notes: Up and coming IP group is seeking a p/t associate as contract attorney preferably with a Chem eng background to handle patent prosecution docket comprised mostly of the chemical and/or software work. 800-1000 hours over the course of 6 months. Work will be supplemented with commercial litigation if there is the need.

This full service, regional law firm has more than 150 lawyers working out of six Mid-Atlantic offices.
