Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking a tax associate with 3-5 years of experience in real estate funds, tax structuring, real estate joint ventures and general corporate experience, including drafting tax memoranda and engaging in tax research, drafting real estate venture documentation, limited liability company agreements, limited partnership agreements, and handling the operational aspects of such is required.
