Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 6-10 years of trusts and estates experience, including drafting a variety of estate planning documents (including wills, living trusts, irrevocable trusts, and related documents), administering trusts and estates, and handling estate, gift, GST, fiduciary income, and property tax issues.

This firm has three US offices focusing on intellectual property, litigation, labor and employment, corporate, real estate, immigration, trusts and estates, tax, and entertainment. Clients include film, television, music recording, and multimedia; technology and new media; pharmaceutical and medical device; real estate financiers and developers; hospitals; aerospace and defense manufacturers; public utilities; private universities; and charitable institutions.
