Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in U.S. customs law and related import controls law. Private sector and/or government experience in tariff classification, customs valuation, entry procedures, free trade and preferential duty compliance, antidumping and countervailing duty enforcement, customs audits, CBP or ICE investigations, customs brokerage, penalties/seizures and forfeitures, and other agency enforcement preferred.
