Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience representing emerging companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device sectors. Ideally, candidates will have experience negotiating and drafting agreements regarding intellectual property rights, including patent license agreements with universities and collaboration agreements with pharmaceutical companies.

This GP firm, now over 60 years old, consists of more than 200 attorneys in four offices including one in Paris and represents clients in technology, energy & renewables, life sciences & healthcare, investment management. The firm provides advice in business, disputes and intellectual property.
