Description: Patent Prosecution Partner/Chem Eng

Position: Partner

Notes: Full service firm is seeking patent prosecution partner with $300k+ portable book ($500/700K + would be better). Firm has work that can fill a significant portion of one's work docket.

Group prefers broad experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation, including Markman hearings; experience in trademark protection and enforcement, and trade secret and unfair competition litigation a plus. Experience with reexamination and interference proceedings, ITC proceedings, and patent licensing and transactional work, in addition to trademark, copyright, or trade secret experience would be big pluses! Firm is open to partner, counsel or associate candidates who have experience in domestic and foreign patent prep and pros with both patent, trademark and trade secret litigation experience. Chemical Eng background preferred.
